WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To further scale our partner network, we are looking for a dedicated, sales-oriented, and entrepreneurial Partner Sales Manager (m/f/d) who can build strategic partnerships with a focus on results and actively drive konfipay’s growth.

YOUR ROLE

  • Establishing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships (technology, sales, implementation) in the SaaS, ERP, finance, and procurement sectors related to konfipay and the cisbox ecosystem
  • Design and implementation of joint go-to-market, sales, and growth strategies with partners and internal stakeholders—including campaigns, events, and co-selling activities
  • Responsibility for the entire partner lifecycle—from acquisition and onboarding to the long-term development and scaling of partnerships
  • Conducting onboarding sessions, partner enablement initiatives, training sessions, presentations, and regular business reviews to successfully activate partners and improve their performance 
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize partner success
  • Support with contract negotiations and commercial discussions with partners
  • Responsibility for revenue, pipeline, and partner targets, as well as the monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs (partner-generated pipeline, revenue contributions, activation rates)
  • Regular reporting and forecasting to management

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Several years of experience insales-orientedpartner management, business development,sales, orchannel managementor sales– ideally in the SaaS, FinTech, or payment sector
  • Understanding of digital payment solutions, financial processes, or procure-to-pay ecosystems
  • Experience in establishing and managing strategic B2B partnerships
  • Strong communication and networking skills, as well as the ability to interact confidently with people at various levels within the organization
  • Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a hands-on approach and strong execution skills
  • Ability to work across departments in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
  • A structured and data-driven approach to work, combined with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
