Oxalys Becomes Part of the cisbox Group
cisbox acquires a majority stake in Oxalys—its third acquisition since Main Capital Partners came on board. Oxalys complements the group’s capabilities with strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier management, and brings over 150 clients and 50,000 monthly users across 35 countries. As a result, the group now covers the entire source-to-pay chain—from France through the DACH region to the Nordics.
