WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To further scale our partner business, we are looking for an experienced, sales-oriented, and entrepreneurial-minded Team Lead, Partner Sales (m/f/d) who will strategically develop our partner ecosystem while leading a growing team of Partner Sales Managers.
In this key role, you will be responsible for the partner strategy and the cisbox ecosystem. Together with your team, you’ll further develop existing partnerships, acquire new strategic partners, and lay the foundation for sustainable growth through the indirect sales channel.

YOUR ROLE

  • Further Development and Implementation of the Partnership Strategy 
  • Establishing, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships in the SaaS, ERP, finance, procurement, and payments sectors
  • Responsibility for achieving partner revenue, pipeline, and growth targets
  • Management of the entire partner lifecycle—from identifying and recruiting new partners to the long-term development of existing partnerships
  • Developing joint go-to-market, co-selling, and growth strategies with partners
  • Developing scalable partner programs, enablement strategies, and success models
  • Conducting regular business reviews with strategic partners
  • Support with contract negotiations and commercial agreements
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to maximize partner success
  • Definition, analysis, and management of relevant KPIs for measuring partner success
  • Regular reporting, forecasting, and presentation of results to management
  • Providing technical and disciplinary leadership and fostering the professional development of the Partner Sales Team

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Several years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, or indirect sales—ideally in the SaaS, FinTech, payments, or software sectors
  • One or more years of leadership experience, as well as a passion for developing employees and teams
  • Proven success in establishing and developing strategic B2B partnerships
  • Experience in developing and implementing partner and go-to-market strategies
  • Understanding of digital business models, SaaS solutions, and—ideally—finance, payment, or procure-to-pay processes
  • A strong sales focus and experience in achieving revenue and growth targets
  • Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and data-driven approach
  • Ability to operate successfully across various fields and in a dynamic, growing environment
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
