WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To support our team, we are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Office & Operations Assistant (m/f/d) to work full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours per week), who will actively support our day-to-day operations with a structured, independent, and service-oriented approach. 
In this versatile role, you will ensure smooth office operations, support the management team with organizational matters, and help provide a positive experience for both employees and guests. In addition, you will organize internal and external events, coordinate administrative processes, and independently handle a variety of organizational tasks. 
You’ll maintain a clear overview even when juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, work reliably, and ensure that things get done.

YOUR ROLE

  • ResponsibilityResponsibility for organizing our daily office operations and ensuring smooth workflows
  • Supporting the management team with organizational and administrative tasks, particularly scheduling, travel, and communication management
  • Organization, booking, and follow-up for business tripsincludingtravel expense reimbursement 
  • Planning, organizing, and executing internal events, team-building activities, trade shows, and other external events
  • Support with HR administration,in particularwithsick leave, time tracking,onboardingand operational HR processes 
  • Oversight of operational fleet management

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A successfully completed business apprenticeship or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on office management, executive assistance, or administration 
  • Initial professional experience in an administrative role, office management, or a similar position 
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent, and reliable work style
  • A strong commitment to customer service and a passion for coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Strong communication skills and a professional and friendly demeanor 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools 
  • Excellent command of German and good written and spoken English
