WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an HR Manager (m/f/d) who will actively drive the development of our international organization and bring together people, processes, and corporate culture across various locations.
You will be responsible for group-wide initiatives in the areas of recruiting, people development, and organizational development, ensuring transparency across the group and advancing the further development of HR processes and standards. In addition, you will support change and integration projects and contribute to the further development of our international organization.
In doing so, you combine a hands-on approach with a keen understanding of people and organizations and take on responsibility in an international and growing environment.
YOUR ROLE
- Consulting and support for executives on operational and strategic HR issues, as well as the development of organizational structures and workforce planning
- Further development and harmonization of HR processes, standards, and policies across all locations, as well as close collaboration with local HR contacts
- Support for transformation, integration, and organizational development projects, as well as assistance with the group’s continued growth
- Responsibility for group-wide recruiting processes, talent acquisition, and select employer branding initiatives
- Further development of onboarding, feedback, performance, and development processes to support employees and managers
- Promoting a positive employee experience and a shared corporate culture across all locations
- Developing relevant HR metrics and providing transparency regarding personnel structures and trends within the Group
WHAT YOU BRING
A bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, psychology, or a comparable field
At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, HR business partnering, People & Culture, or organizational development, ideally in an international and growth-oriented environment
In-depth expertise in modern HR practices throughout the employee lifecycle, as well as an interest in organizational development, corporate culture, and change management
Experience working with executives and international teams, as well as the ability to reconcile differing interests and successfully manage change
A structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach combined with a strong focus on implementation
Fluency in German and English, as well as good written and spoken French
