WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Customer Success Specialist (m/f/d), you will serve as the primary point of contact for our most important clients. You will ensure that our solutions are used to their full potential, strengthen customer loyalty, and actively contribute to an outstanding customer experience.

YOUR ROLE

  • Supporting and developing our key accounts in day-to-day operations 
  • Proactive communication through regular check-ins, coordination meetings, and consultations 
  • Close collaboration with Onboarding, Sales, and Product Management 
  • Identification of opportunities for optimization and growth (e.g., expanding usage) 
  • Support for contract extensions and renewals 
  • Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and participating in customer retention initiatives (e.g., NPS) 
  • Training and empowering our customers to make the most of our software
  • Proactive measures to prevent customer churn, as well as the planning and implementation of win-back initiatives to reactivate customers

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A completed vocational training program or degree in business administration or economics—ideally with an interest in software solutions and customer management
  • Experience in key account management, customer success, or technical customer service, ideally in the SaaS sector 
  • A proven track record of success in increasing customer satisfaction, retention rates, and net revenue retention
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way and to inspire customers
  • A structured, self-directed work style and a strong focus on customer service
  • Analytical thinking and a strong understanding of processes and software solutions 
  • A passion for sharing knowledge and helping clients grow 
  • Excellent command of German and English
