Since the merger in February 2025, cisbox and windata have been working closely together. Now, both companies are also legally one entity: cisbox GmbH, headquartered in Solingen.

Important information regarding bank and invoice details
If any of your formal details, such as company name, address, or bank details, change, we will inform you directly and in writing. You will only receive new bank details this way and never via our website. If you are unsure, please contact your usual contact person.
Why this step?
One company instead of two primarily means simpler structures in our administration, so that our combined team can concentrate on optimizing your processes from purchasing and invoice processing to payment transactions.

You don't need to do anything yourself. If a specific adjustment is required for your business relationship, we will inform you directly and clearly outline the necessary steps.
Will my contacts remain the same?
Yes. Your familiar contacts and usual contact methods remain available to you.
Are there any changes to the agreed services?
Existing services and agreements will continue. The corporate merger primarily serves to further standardize our organization and processes.
Are your billing or payment details changing?
