On February 20, 2025, cisbox and windata announced their strategic merger - a merger that will permanently change the market for
procure-to-pay (P2P) software. The combined expertise will create a powerful solution that not only automates procurement and payment processes, but also supports SMEs with efficient, future-oriented technologies.
