cisbox and Millum are joining forces
to expand their procure-to-pay platform in Europe
Düsseldorf / Fornebu (Norway), March 17, 2026 – cisbox announces a strategic merger with the Norwegian software provider Millum. The partnership creates an even stronger European platform for procure-to-pay solutions. At the same time, the group’s geographic presence is expanding significantly—particularly in the DACH region and the Nordic countries—and the solution portfolio for customers and partners is being substantially expanded.

cisbox was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Solingen. The company is a pioneer in the field of AI-powered procure-to-pay software. Its cloud-based solutions automate procurement processes, invoice processing, accounting workflows, and payment processes. Today, more than 17,500 customers rely on cisbox’s technology, which supports companies in over 30 European and U.S. markets. cisbox has a particularly strong presence in the services, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. The company operates a scalable partner distribution model, working with purchasing organizations and financial institutions, among others, and is a certified Peppol Access Service Provider.
Millum was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Fornebu, near Oslo. The company is one of the leading Nordic providers of e-procurement and order management solutions, particularly for the hospitality, catering, and food service industries. The platform supports, among other things, supplier onboarding, catalog management, procurement, ordering processes, goods receipt, invoice processing, inventory management, and sustainability features such as CO₂ monitoring and food waste management. Millum serves more than 450 purchasing organizations and suppliers and supports over 18,000 users daily in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
