Handover at cisbox: Christof Majer takes over from Managing Director and founder Sebastian Mehrle on May 1

Solingen, May 2024 - There will be a change in the management of cisbox GmbH: Christof Majer will take over the position of Managing Director from May 1, 2024. He succeeds Sebastian Mehrle, who, as the founder of the cisbox group of companies, will remain associated with the company and will act as an advisor in the future.

Christof Majer has extensive experience with fast-growing software and SaaS providers at both the national and international level. With 25 years in the IT industry, he specializes in invoice automation, business intelligence, and P2P. In his previous roles as Vice President Global Partner Sales at Qlik and Executive Vice President for the partner ecosystem at Rillion AB in Sweden, he played a key role in developing and strengthening partner relationships in the mid-market segment.

With Stephan Kern, who will retain his role at cisbox, Christof Majer will continue the successful strategy of the company. The aim is to continue along the same path, deepen the range of solutions, and further strengthen the growth of the partners. Christof Majer’s impressive professional career and his long-standing and multifaceted relationship with cisbox are clear indicators of the positive influence on this plan.
