Student Intern (m/f/d) Back Office - Customer Success

Working Student, part-time

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a working student in the back office, you will support our Customer Success Team in their day-to-day operations, with a focus on reviewing and correcting document entries. You will play an active role in ensuring data quality and helping our customers use our software seamlessly.

YOUR ROLE

Review and correction of document entries in our system
Ensuring high data quality and consistency
Assistance with processing customer inquiries in the back office
Collaborating with the Customer Success Team on operational matters
Identification and documentation of recurring errors or anomalies
Support for optimizing internal processes in document processing

WHAT YOU BRING

Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in business administration, business informatics, or a related field
A meticulous, structured, and reliable approach to work
High level of precision and commitment to quality
Interest in financial processes and digital solutions
Previous experience working with data or business processes is a plus
Excellent command of German and English
