WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for an experienced, sales-driven, and entrepreneurialTeam Lead Sales North (m/f/d) who will take on responsibility for the further development of our sales operations in western and northern Germany.
In this role, you will combine your own sales responsibilities with the leadership and development of a regional sales team. You’ll acquire new customers, further develop existing market potential, and support your team in achieving ambitious growth targets.
As a leader, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, and Solution Consulting to ensure that our customers receive optimal support throughout their entire customer journey.
YOUR ROLE
- Professional and disciplinary leadership, as well as the professional development of the Northern Sales Team
- Responsibility for achieving revenue, pipeline, and growth targets in the Northern Region
- Proactive acquisition of new customers and expansion of strategic customer relationships
- Supporting the team with complex sales projects, negotiations, and closing deals
- Development and implementation of regional sales strategies in coordination with sales management
- Management of the entire sales cycle—from lead qualification to contract signing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers at the C-suite and management levels
- Analysis of customer requirements and development of appropriate solutions in collaboration with internal departments
- Ensuring high-quality forecasts and pipelines, as well as consistent use of the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Close collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, and Solution Consulting
- Conducting regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Representing the company at customer events, trade shows, and industry events
WHAT YOU BRING
- Several years of experience in B2B software sales (ideally SaaS) with a proven track record of sales success
- One or more years of leadership experience in sales, as well as a passion for developing employees
- Experience in sales of procure-to-pay, finance, ERP, payment, or similar software solutions is a plus
- Proven success in developing and completing complex sales projects
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience in managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM processes
- Strong customer focus and a confident demeanor at the management and C-suite levels
- Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a hands-on approach
- Analytical, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Business fluent in German and English
