Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) AI & Procurement Platform

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You’re a visionary Senior Product Manager who turns modern technologies – particularly artificial intelligence – into scalable, market-ready products. You actively shape the transformation of procurement through AI and automation, creating solutions that deliver measurable improvements to real business processes. Working at the intersection of procurement, finance, technology, and data, you’ll help build a platform that enables organisations to manage their entire value chain digitally.

YOUR ROLE

Driving the next generation of our procurement and P2P platform, with a strong focus on automation, efficiency, and AI-native features
Developing and executing a clear product vision for digital procurement processes (Source-to-Pay, eProcurement, Supplier Management)
Identifying and integrating technologies such as Generative AI, agentic AI, and intelligent automation into the product strategy
Design of innovative features, e.g.:
- Automated ordering processes (AI-driven)
- Smart supplier selection and evaluation
- Automated invoice processing and verification
- AI-powered decision support in procurement
Analysis of market trends, customer requirements, and competitors in the field of procurement software and digital procurement
Close collaboration with Engineering, Data, and UX to develop scalable platform solutions
Development of data-driven KPIs (e.g., process costs, lead times, degree of automation) to manage product performance
Responsibility for go-to-market strategies and positioning as an innovative procurement platform
Integration with adjacent systems (ERP, Finance, Accounting, Supplier Networks)

WHAT YOU BRING

Several years of experience in product management, ideally in the SaaS, FinTech, or procurement sectors
Understanding of end-to-end procurement and source-to-pay processes, as well as ERP and finance integrations
Interest or experience in the field of AI, particularly generative AI, automation, and data-driven workflows
Understanding of platforms, workflows, and scalable digital solutions
Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Ability to translate complex procurement and financial processes into intuitive, user-centric software solutions
A structured, data-driven approach with strong skills in prioritization and roadmap development
Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and a commitment to excellence
Strong communication skills and a passion for innovation and technological trends
Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of German and Norwegian is a plus
