WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Are you passionate about sales, enjoy identifying new business opportunities, and building initial customer relationships? Are you a strong communicator, goal-oriented, and looking to join a growing SaaS company?

Then we’re looking for you asan Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d).

In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential new customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and product management and play a key role in driving our continued growth.

YOUR ROLE

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential new customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualifying incoming leads and generating new sales opportunities
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments for the sales team
  • Conducting initial meetings to assess needs and identify business opportunities
  • Proactively identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within our existing customer base
  • Close collaboration with Customer Success and Sales to develop and implement upselling campaigns
  • Maintaining and documenting activities in the CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Support in developing outbound campaigns
  • Hosting webinars and participating in sales events
  • Ongoing analysis and optimization of lead, opportunity, and conversion processes

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or business development is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for building new customer relationships
  • A high degree of initiative and a focus on results
  • A structured and independent approach to work
  • Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems (HubSpot)
  • Experience with software solutions, digitalization, and SaaS business models
  • Ability to work well with others and a hands-on approach
  • Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
