Hi, I’m Paul. I’ve been with cisbox for a year and work on AI projects that are reimagining processes in finance and accounting. We use millions of real-world data points to make workflows smarter, more efficient, and future-proof. I firmly believe that if you really want to make a difference, you have to challenge conventions. Especially now, when AI allows us to completely rethink workflows, it’s the best time to boldly break new ground. Different perspectives aren’t an obstacle—they’re exactly what makes innovation possible in the first place. And that’s exactly what makes this such an exciting time—to dive in headfirst and actively contribute to this change.
We Shape Growth: Elke Schulte
My name is Elke Schulte, and I’ve been with cisbox for almost 10 years now. A lot has changed during that time: new colleagues, new teams, evolving internal structures, and even company mergers. Growth has always been a tangible part of cisbox. People often think first of the company’s growth. But the development of each individual has always been just as important here. At cisbox, it wasn’t just the company that was allowed to grow, but we as employees as well—step by step, together.
For me, it’s been ideal: I’ve consistently been given opportunities, received a great deal of trust, been able to work independently, and take on responsibility. That has really motivated me. With the clearly defined goal of growth as a core value, the opportunities for everyone involved have been significantly expanded once again for the future.

Hello, I’m Dominique, and I work as an accountant in the finance department at cisbox. I take responsibility by actively tackling issues and not shying away from making decisions—because trust, reliability, and initiative are second nature to me. I was also entrusted with tasks that went beyond my actual area of expertise. This allowed me to actively contribute to various departments and quickly build trust throughout cisbox. Any mistakes I made along the way were forgiven thanks to the team’s strong support and backing—which made my transition even easier.
