Peppol (Pan-European Public Procurement OnLine) is a network that enables public bodies and suppliers to exchange electronic documents easily and cost-effectively. cisbox GmbH is a registered and certified member of the OpenPeppol Association and offers interested buyers and suppliers the service as a Peppol Access Point Provider.

All solutions and services and the data they contain are hosted in the company's own state-of-the-art IT infrastructure and in the private cloud, with high availability and distributed across two geo-redundant data centers in
Düsseldorf and Munich in accordance with the recommendations of the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI).
With a geo-redundant distance of over 450 km from each other, the sites comply with the BSI recommendation (recommended minimum distance: 200 km).
