- Accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting within the framework of cost center accounting, in particular dunning
- monthly closing work and preparatory annual closing work
- Preparation of monthly reporting and business analyses
- Preparation of payment transactions/online banking
- Preparation of payroll accounting and accounting support for staff (travel expense reports)
- contact person for external consultants on accounting issues
- asset accounting
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Education & experience: Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk or accountant.
- Expertise: Solid knowledge of financial accounting, ideally with controlling and reporting experience.
- IT affinity: Confident use of Datev or comparable accounting programs as well as excellent Excel skills.
- Structure & personal responsibility: You work independently, efficiently and do not lose track of things even when dealing with complex issues.
- Communication: Good knowledge of English is an advantage in order to be able to confidently handle international issues.
