Customer Success Manager / Trainer (m/f/d)

You already have experience in training and customer service and want to work for an established and growing software company that makes the digitization of invoice processing a breeze for our customers and is constantly evolving. You enjoy supporting and training our national and international key account customers (e.g. from the hospitality, healthcare and municipal administration sectors) in German and English. You don't have to be an IT expert (m/f/d), but you must be open and willing to learn and familiarize yourself with these topics.

YOUR ROLE

  • You feel responsible for ensuring that the requirements of our key account customers are met in the best possible way and that they feel well looked after. 
  • By training our direct customers, you ensure that they know all the possible applications of our software solutions and are able to use them competently in order to offer the best possible customer experience. 
  • You will prepare and give presentations to ensure that our key accounts are always informed about innovations and their possible applications.  
  • You will be the first point of contact for customer care and support by phone, email and ticket system, as well as for answering customer queries and solving problems relating to our products or services. 
  • Overall, you ensure a high standard of service and an excellent customer experience for our key accounts and enjoy communicating new things.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Strong communication and customer focus: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, winning manner, combined with customer focus and the ability to understand and respond appropriately to customer needs.
  • Team spirit: Enjoy collaborating with colleagues and service providers, one-team mentality and willingness to work in a dynamic environment, along with the ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Personal skills: High level of enthusiasm, personal responsibility and a growth mindset. In addition, solution orientation and effective prioritization of tasks. Curiosity and enjoyment of learning, communicating and helping to shape new things.
  • Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English.
  • Commercial and IT understanding: Good comprehension skills and a good understanding of commercial processes and interest in IT topics. Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and desirable prior knowledge of Jira.
  • Education and professional experience: A commercial or comparable education is an advantage. You have experience in training and customer service, or in a similar position. In addition, you will ideally have completed further training as a trainer (m/f/d).
