Accounts payable automation solutions
cisbox® CISFLOW has been under steady development in tight cooperation with our users since 2002 and is a leading solution in the industry. Every day, several hundreds of users in 11 countries are working with our accounts payable automation solutions.
We process your paper and electronic purchase invoices, browser-based on-hand for you digitized and item-specific through your customised corporate application. Invoices will be checked, managed and authorised by the designated people at your company through their personal online access. The 128-bit HTTPS encryption allows fast computing times even with high data traffic. Authorised booking and invoice data are transferred through existing interfaces to your financial accounting system and through e.g. SEPA to your banking software. You have access to item-specific data and reports to optimise procurement and improve controlling.
Your main advantages in a nutshell:
- Well-engineered, stable, and certified solution, steadily further enhanced through our development team in Germany
- Not among others in a simple web portal, but you are working customizable in your company's proper application
- No investment cost: implementation and productive setup of the customised SaaS-solution adapted to your company's needs within a short time without proper software, server or database installation ('Software as a Service')
- Continuous electronic workflow from order to supply, accounts payable, e-banking, and digital archiving, including field-tested integrations with our clients' third-party systems in place
- Lasting reduction of administrative cost: future-minded safe and uniform digital workflow for both paper and electronic invoices
- Controlling and cost optimisation through item-specific analysis of all purchases, suppliers, quantities and prices as well as additional control through e.g. automatic alert of price increases
